Deadly Maracas

that was my submission for an art jam that was held in Egypt.
the theme was to transform a musical instrument into a weapon. I didn't want to choose something typical like transforming a guitar into a rifle etc.. so I choose the maracas since it's suitable for the time frame and deadline of the Jam which was 3 days & I wanted to practice doing wood.
I added different elements to it like the metal with the mexican ornaments so it would fit the theme and the origin of the instrument.
It was also a good chance to play more with ray tracing in Marmoset Toolbag 4
